Didn't we have a lovely day the day we went to Beamish!
Year 5 had a typical Victorian lesson in the original school building, and were allowed into the church. The children visited some of the miners' cottages in the pit village.
Thank goodness all of the children survived the trip down a coal mine.
Ready for action !!
