On Friday 17th October Year Six visited the Gateshead City Learning Centre to develop their shelter building project. They used the CADCAM package to design their shelters on screen; these will then be manufactured into models. Next summer we hope to take one of the designs and turn it into a shelter at school that the children can have their packed lunches in during the summer months.
