We are now exactly half way through the school year with children in all year groups working hard, being well taught and learning lots, and crucially, happy. That’s certainly the conclusion I drew from time spent in every class last week.
Teachers constantly assess the progress of all children. You’ll shortly have another opportunity for an update on your child’s progress with parent consultations scheduled for week beginning 12th March.
The typical child’s response to the parental “what did you do at school today?� question is “nothing�. I’m sure evidence in their books and displays will contradict this.
